Today's WOD          Skill: Medicine Ball Clean

AMRAP 12 [Me: 2 1/3 reps]
200M Run w/ a medicine ball (20/14) or plate (45/25) [Me: 12lb ball]
10 Medicine Ball Clean (20/14) [Me: 12lb ball]
10 Snatches (95/65) [Me: 40lbs]

Slept GREAT!  Woke up feeling GREAT!!  Man what a difference!!  Shocks me every time after sleeping all through the night how wonderful I feel in the morning.  I feel like I did a pretty good job at my workout today.  Felt good leaving and still feel good now :-)  YAY FOR GREAT DAYS!!  Looking forward to tomorrow's workout, then my Scentsy booth, and then a GREAT weekend!
