First official workout of the day or "WOD" for me. This morning I had a Kellogg's bar and some water.

Skill: Pull Ups
AMRAP 10WHOA. This exercise was as many reps you can do within 10 minutes. So basically you do 10 Thrusters, then 10 pull ups, then repeat. I did 4.5 reps within these 10 minutes. I felt like all the life had been sucked out of me. Just as yesterday, felt like puking for two-ish hours. I felt off today for sure. Emotional, somewhat like an outsider. Came home, soaked in the bath, ate some lunch with Brody, then he and I laid in my bed to watch a movie and we both passed out for about three hours. That probably contributed to my soreness. Going to bed sore :-(
