Today's WOD Skill: Deadlifts

I'm starting to lose most of the intimidation as far as what the WOD's consist of. What a nice feeling!! I used a 16" box this time and the last time I did box jumps. They aren't easy, but I think next time I need to move up to a 20" box to continue to challenge myself.
The dead lifts I moved up 10lbs this time. Next time I will move up another 10lbs for a total of 70lbs. I could lift more, but I need to get my form right first so I don't end up pulling my back out. CrossFit is about quality for me, not quantity.
My legs are so sore from running yesterday!!
